In June 2026, I played in the 27th International Piano Competition of Île-de-France, in Maisons-Laffitte. I played Bach’s Invention No. 14 in the Cycle 2C2 category, and I got the best mark: Très Bien à l’unanimité avec les félicitations du jury. I was so happy!

At the ceremony, one of the judges said this about my playing:

“You have the essential qualities of a pianist: a beautiful sound with a lot of character. I really admired how you brought out those phrases where Bach makes two voices speak at once, one over the other. That’s very hard to play, and you made it look effortless, very calm.”
